At Vantekra LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality startup services for entrepreneurs. Because our services involve digital work, design, and time-based labor, our refund policy differs from traditional product return policies.
Please review this policy carefully before purchasing any service.
1. Service Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project.
Before Work Begins
A full refund may be requested if the client cancels the order before any work has started.
After Work Has Started
Once work has begun, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on the amount of work completed.
After Project Delivery
Once final deliverables have been provided, refunds are generally not available.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once completed or delivered:
• Logo design files
• Website design or setup
• Domain setup assistance
• Business email setup
• Marketing materials
• Any completed digital design work
These services involve creative work and time investment that cannot be returned.
3. Order Cancellation
Clients may cancel a service order before work begins to receive a full refund.
If cancellation occurs after work has started, the refund amount (if any) will be determined based on the portion of work completed.
4. Client Delays or Inactivity
If a client fails to provide required information, content, or approvals for 30 days, the project may be considered inactive.
Inactive projects may not qualify for refunds once work has begun.
5. Revisions Instead of Refunds
If a client is dissatisfied with the design or service, Vantekra will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue through the revision process included in the service package.
Revisions are the primary method for addressing design concerns.
6. Third-Party Services
Some services may involve third-party providers such as:
• Domain registrars
• Website hosting providers
• Email service providers
• Website platforms
Fees paid directly to third-party providers are not refundable by Vantekra.
7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider
8. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Vantekra first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in service suspension or refusal of future services.
9. Policy Updates
Vantekra reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
