Startup Package Agreement – Vantekra

This Startup Package Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Vantekra LLC (“Vantekra”, “we”, “our”) and the client purchasing a startup package (“Client”, “you”).

By purchasing a Vantekra startup package, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services Included

The Vantekra Startup Package (starting at $499) may include some or all of the following services depending on the selected package:

• Custom logo design

• Basic website design

• Domain setup assistance

• Business email setup

• Basic marketing materials

• Business startup guidance

Specific deliverables will be outlined at the time of purchase or during project onboarding.

2. Project Timeline

Typical project completion time is 5–14 business days, depending on:

• Client responsiveness

• Availability of required information

• Project complexity

• Third-party platform processing times

Project timelines may be extended if the client delays providing necessary information or approvals.

3. Client Responsibilities

To complete the project, the Client agrees to provide:

• Business name

• Contact information

• Logo or design preferences (if applicable)

• Website content (text, images, etc.)

• Required business details

Delays caused by missing information may extend the project timeline.

4. Revisions

The Startup Package includes a limited number of revisions for design work.

Typical limits may include:

• Logo revisions: up to 3 revisions

• Website revisions: up to 2 revisions

Additional revisions beyond the included limit may require an additional fee.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full before work begins

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers

Vantekra does not store payment card information.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and creative services, refunds may be limited once work has begun.

Refund eligibility:

• Full refund may be available before work starts

• Partial refund may be considered if limited work has been completed

• No refund may be issued after major deliverables are completed

Refund decisions are made at the discretion of Vantekra.

7. Intellectual Property

After full payment:

• The Client receives ownership of the final approved deliverables (logo, website design, etc.)

However:

• Drafts, unused concepts, and preliminary designs remain the property of Vantekra

• Vantekra may display completed work in its portfolio for promotional purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

Some services may involve third-party providers such as:

• Domain registrars

• Website hosting platforms

• Email providers

• Website builders

These services operate independently and are governed by their own terms and pricing.

Vantekra is not responsible for outages, service interruptions, or pricing changes by these providers.

9. No Business Success Guarantee

Vantekra provides tools and services to help entrepreneurs launch their businesses.

However, we do not guarantee business success, revenue, or profitability.

Business results depend on many factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantekra shall not be liable for:

• Business losses

• Lost profits

• Website downtime from hosting providers

• Delays caused by third-party services

• indirect or consequential damages

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
